I’m Vincent Mhangwa, a Tanzanian Freelance Consultant for Planning and Evaluation. I’m a Project Designing as well as Planning and Evaluation professional with about 18 years of different experiences (since 2003) in community and education services.
Versed with technical skills in Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, I formally worked for different Governmental and International Non-Governmental Organisations in the fields of community services, education, youth development, and child social protection in Tanzania. Notably, I have contributed in facilitating planning activities including strategic planning for various organisations in the country. I also contributed in assisting girls in pastoralist communities to access quality basic education. I facilitated the involvement of youths and women, persons with disabilities and vulnerable individuals into income generating activities (IGAs) as a gear for reducing vulnerability in refugee camps in western Tanzania.
I hold a Master Degree in Community Economic Development (MCED), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Diploma in Youth Development, and Diploma in Education. Additionally, Vincent holds a Diploma in Freelance Journalism, Certificate in Environmental Journalism and Certificate in Philosophy.
